Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction that lifts stains, traffic marks and odours from carpets and stairs. Wine, coffee, ink and pet accidents, with real before and afters on the page.
Office deep cleaning across London by our own team and kit: carpets, hard floors, kitchens, washrooms and the surfaces your daily cleaner never reaches.
We deep clean offices across London and the Hertfordshire towns around our Borehamwood base, for businesses that want their workplace clean, hygienic and somewhere people are happy to walk into. It goes well beyond the daily clean. We take out the built-up dirt, dust, grease and stains that collect in the places routine cleaning works around: under the desks, along the skirting, at the back of the kitchen and behind the washroom fittings.
We are not regular cleaners. We arrive as a team with our own machines and our own cleaning products, work through the whole office in one go and leave it properly reset. Your regular cleaner keeps it tidy from there.
Every office is different, so we agree the list with you before we start. This is what a full office deep clean covers.
Desks, work surfaces and office furniture cleaned and sanitised, along with the frequently touched areas around them.
Carpets deep cleaned with hot water extraction, the same as our carpet cleaning. Hard floors and tiles machine scrubbed with products suited to the surface, which is the work our hard floor cleaning page covers in detail.
Worktops, sinks, cupboards and the outside of the appliances, with the grease and built-up dirt taken off every kitchen surface.
Toilets, sinks, taps, mirrors and tiles cleaned, descaled and sanitised, along with the rest of the washroom fixtures.
Doors, handles, light switches, skirting boards and window sills, the details that get missed every day and show the most.
Internal glass partitions, glass doors and the inside of accessible windows. Outside glass can go on the same visit with our commercial window cleaning.
Meeting rooms, reception, corridors and shared working spaces, so the parts visitors see first get the same attention as the desks.
Dust and cobwebs removed from accessible high-level surfaces, corners, vents and light fittings.
A regular cleaner is there to keep an office tidy. A deep clean needs more people, heavier kit and stronger products than a daily visit allows, and that is the work we do. Our own trained team comes in with commercial carpet extractors, rotary floor machines, filtered vacuums and every cleaning product the job needs, so there is nothing for you to supply.
Danial still quotes most jobs himself, so the person who looks at your office is usually the one who turns up to clean it. We work evenings and weekends so the office opens as normal the next morning, and before a commercial job you get a risk assessment, a method statement and our £5 million public liability certificate for your file.
Moving in or moving out. A new office is never emptier than the week before you move in, which makes it the easiest time to clean it properly. When you are leaving, it is the clean that gets the space ready to hand back to the landlord.
After a refurbishment or fit-out. New partitions and flooring leave fine dust in every corner, and that is closer to an after builders clean, which we also do. Tell us what the work was and we will quote the right one.
Once or twice a year, on top of the daily clean. Plenty of offices book one before a big client visit, or when the carpets and floors have started to look tired. If you look after more than one building, or want the outside done as well, our commercial cleaning page explains how we take on the whole property as one job.
Every property is different, so we price each job on its size, condition and access. You get a clear, fixed quote up front with no surprises, usually within one working day.

We turn up when we say we will, use the right approach for each surface and leave the work looking the way it should.
No, we are not regular cleaners. We come in as a team for a one-off deep clean, and some offices book us once or twice a year. Your regular cleaner keeps the office tidy, we come in and reset it.
Every office is different, so we quote each one on its floor area, how many kitchens and washrooms there are, which carpets and floors need doing, and when we can get in. Send us the details and a few photos and we will come back with a fixed price.
No. We bring the team, the machines and all the cleaning products. All we need from you is access, plus water and power for the machines.
Yes, evenings and weekends are normal for office work and usually what we suggest. Carpets cleaned with hot water extraction are touch-dry within a few hours, so an evening or a Friday clean means they are ready when your team gets in. Where that is not possible, HOST dry extraction leaves the carpet walkable straight away.
Yes, carpets, hard floors, tiles, office chairs and soft seating can all go in the same visit. Carpets and chairs get the same kit and training we use on our carpet cleaning jobs, and hard floors are machine scrubbed the way we do our hard floor cleaning.
We are based in Borehamwood, so offices in North and North West London and nearby Hertfordshire, including Harrow, Watford and St Albans, are all easy for us. If you are further in, send us the postcode and we will tell you straight away.
