Driveway Cleaning & Sealing
Lift years of dirt, moss and oil from block paving, concrete and stone, then seal it to keep the finish looking new for longer.

Gutters cleared and flushed, downpipes checked, debris taken away. Stops the overflow that stains render and lets damp into the brickwork. Free quotes across London.
A blocked gutter is rarely just a blocked gutter. Once moss, leaf litter and grit fill the channel, the water has nowhere to go but over the edge, down the wall and into the brickwork, and that is where the green streaking and the damp patches come from. Clearing it is the cheap end of a problem that gets expensive if you leave it. We clear the full run rather than the visible bit near the ladder, check and flush the downpipes so the water actually gets to the drain, and take the debris away with us instead of leaving it in a pile on the border. Where the roofline is safe to reach we work from the ground, which means no ladders leaning on the guttering you have just paid to have cleared.
Every property is different, so we price each job on its size, condition and access. You get a clear, fixed quote up front with no surprises, usually within one working day.

Once a year suits most London properties, and autumn is the sensible time once the leaves are down. If you have trees close to the house, or a shallow-pitch roof that holds moss, twice a year is more realistic. Flats and blocks with box gutters or internal outlets usually need looking at more often than a standard semi, because there is less margin before an overflow goes somewhere it shouldn't.
The usual signs are water running over the front edge in heavy rain, a stripe of green or black staining down the wall below a joint, plants growing out of the gutter, or a downpipe that stays silent while it is pouring. Damp appearing on an upstairs internal wall is often a gutter problem rather than a roof one, and it is worth ruling out the cheap cause first.
Yes. It comes with us. Scraping a gutter out and leaving the contents in the flower bed is not a finished job, and wet gutter debris is heavier and messier than people expect.
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Gutter work is easy to half-do because nobody on the ground can see it, so we take photos of the inside of the run before and after. If something needs a repair rather than a clean, a cracked joint or a length of gutter that has dropped, you get a photo of that too and an honest word on it. We clean gutters, we do not fit them, so if it needs replacing we will say so rather than sell you a wash.
That is usually the most sensible way to book it, and it works out cheaper than separate visits. The order matters: gutters and fascias first, then the walls, then the glass, because anything else means cleaning the windows twice. If you want the whole exterior sorted in one go, ask for a quote on the lot and we will price it as one job.
