Techno Clean started with a simple frustration: too many cleaning jobs done in a rush, with corners cut and no one to call when something wasn't right. We wanted to build the opposite, a local London team that turns up on time, uses the right kit for each job, and treats your home or business like it matters.
Today we specialise in the big one-off jobs: end of tenancy cleans, after builders and refurbishment cleans, and exterior work like driveways, patios and render, for landlords, builders and homeowners across the capital. Every job is a one-off done properly, to the same standard every time.

The name is about the method.
Most cleaning problems are not solved by working harder, they are solved by using the machine that was built for that surface. That is the whole idea behind the name, and it is the reason we can take on work that gets turned down elsewhere. Here is what we actually run, and what each one is for.
Hot water extraction
Carpets, upholstery and mattressesInjects heated solution into the pile and pulls it back out with the soil, instead of a bonnet that polishes the top and leaves the rest. It is why a carpet comes up evenly rather than looking clean in patches.
HOST dry extraction
Carpets that cannot be taken out of useA dry compound that lifts soil with almost no moisture, so the room is walkable straight away. The answer for an office, a showroom or a tenancy changeover on a tight turnaround where a wet carpet is not an option.
Rotary machines with vacuum recovery
Tile, stone, vinyl and sealed concreteAgitates the surface and removes the water and the soil together. A mop does neither, which is why a floor can be mopped every day for years and keep getting greyer.
Low-pressure soft washing
Render, brick, cladding and roofsChemistry and dwell time rather than force, killing algae at the root. Pressure strips render, takes the face off London stock brick and drives water into cladding joints, and the damage does not show until the next winter.
Pure and deionised water
Glass, frames and solar panelsWater with the minerals taken out dries without spotting, so there is nothing to wipe and nothing to streak. Fed up a reach pole it also means upper floors get cleaned from the ground rather than off a ladder.
Filtered industrial vacuums
After builders and post-refurbishmentConstruction dust is fine enough to pass through a domestic filter and go straight back into the air, which is why a normal hoover appears to work and the dust is back by morning. Filtered extraction takes it out of the building.
